BAKED HQ is the private workspace for the BAKED team — tasks, chat, files, calendar, bookings and more. Please read and accept the terms below to continue. They cover how the tool may be used and how your information is handled.
BAKED HQ is a private, invite-only tool for people working with BAKED. Access is granted by the workspace owner and can be removed at any time. You must not share your login, and you must keep your password and devices secure.
By continuing you confirm you're an authorised member of the BAKED team and that you'll use the tool only for BAKED work.
Use BAKED HQ honestly and respectfully. Don't upload anything unlawful, don't try to access data or accounts that aren't yours, and don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Content you add — tasks, messages, files, notes — is visible to other approved members of the workspace. Treat it as shared team information, and don't post anything you wouldn't want the team to see.
Much of what's in BAKED HQ — brand plans, artwork, supplier and customer details, financial and operational information — is confidential to the business. Keep it that way: don't copy, forward or share it outside the team except as your role requires, and delete local copies when you leave.
Account details you provide: your name, email address, initials, avatar and password (passwords are stored securely hashed — never in plain text).
Content you create in the tool: tasks, chat messages, uploaded files, calendar events, bookings, contacts, time entries and notifications.
Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in activity and, if you turn them on, the notification channels you've enabled (email, this browser's push subscription, or a linked messaging account).
Only to run BAKED HQ for the team: to sign you in, show and organise your work, send the alerts you've opted into, and keep the workspace secure. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Data is stored in our Supabase project (a managed Postgres database and file storage) and served through Vercel. Access within the tool is controlled by row-level security, so members generally see only what their role allows.
Emails you receive from BAKED HQ are sent through Resend. If you connect a messaging app for alerts, the relevant provider (e.g. Telegram) processes those messages under their own terms. AI features (Benny) send only the context needed to answer, to Anthropic's API.
You control your alert channels from your Profile — turn email, push or any connected messaging off at any time. You can update your profile details there too.
To correct or remove your personal information, or to close your account, ask the workspace owner. Note that shared work content may remain in the workspace after an individual account is removed, as it belongs to the business.
We use industry-standard measures to protect the service, but no online system is perfectly secure. Do your part: use a strong, unique password, sign out on shared devices, and tell the owner straight away if you think an account has been compromised.
We may update these terms as the tool evolves. When we make a meaningful change we'll ask you to accept the new version next time you sign in. Continuing to use BAKED HQ after that means you accept the update.
